Hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, the now London-based duo Chaos in the CBD, formed by brothers Ben and Louis Helliker-Hales, have club music running in their blood thanks to their music-obsessed mother. After moving to the other side of the world over ten years ago, the brothers have become a fixture in the London house scene. With releases on labels such as Rhythm Section International, Mule Musiq, Hot Haus Records, and Fabric, their music has found its way into the record bags of countless DJs. They also founded their own record label, In Dust We Trust, together with Jon Sable. From the warm and laid-back sounds of their productions to the driving energy of their peak-time house sets, Chaos in the CBD brings New Zealand’s subtropical heat wherever they go.
